The National Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority (NEECA), operating under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan, has announced multiple job openings for its ambitious Prime Minister’s Nationwide Fan Replacement Program. This initiative aims to enhance energy efficiency and promote conservation by replacing conventional fans with energy-efficient alternatives across Pakistan.
NEECA is looking for qualified and experienced professionals to join its team on a fixed-term contract basis, which may be extended based on project requirements.
Available Positions and Eligibility Criteria
NEECA is offering 11 different positions, catering to a variety of professional backgrounds, including program management, IT, media consultancy, and administrative roles. Here’s a brief overview of the key positions:
1. Program Manager
- Salary: PKR 500,000 per month
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related fields. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
2. Consultant - Awareness Campaign and Community Outreach
- Salary: PKR 250,000 per month
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in designing and executing awareness campaigns.
3. Consultant IT Expert – Data and Web Analyst
- Salary: PKR 250,000 per month
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Software, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in programming and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
4. Consultant IT Expert – Mobile App Developer
- Salary: PKR 250,000 per month
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in mobile app development, with expertise in Flutter and Dart.
5. Consultant Administrative Support
- Salary: PKR 150,000 per month
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in administrative support or office management.
