- Director (Civil) (BPS-19) – Master’s in Civil Engineering, 12 years experience.
- Director (Electrical & Mechanical) (BPS-19) – Master’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 12 years experience.
- Deputy Director (Civil/Electrical & Mechanical) (BPS-18) – Master’s degree with 7 years experience.
- Assistant Director (Civil/Electrical & Mechanical) (BPS-17) – Bachelor’s degree, 3 years experience.
- Town Planner (BPS-17) – BSc in City & Regional Planning, 3 years experience.
- Range Officer (BPS-16) – Bachelor’s in a relevant field, 3 years experience.
- Sub Engineer (BPS-14) – Diploma in Engineering, 3 years experience.
- Building Inspector (BPS-13) – Diploma in Draftsmanship/Civil Engineering, 5 years experience.
