Wah Industries Limited (WIL) has announced the recruitment of 60 Male Trainees for its training program in 2025. The selected candidates will undergo 9 months of training and receive a monthly stipend. Interested applicants must meet the eligibility criteria and apply before the deadline.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Qualification:
- Matric with Science (Physics and Mathematics) with at least 2nd Division.
- Additional preference will be given to candidates with FSc (Physics & Math).
- Age Limit:
- 17 to 21 years as of March 20, 2025.
- Training Duration:
- 09 months training program.
Stipend During Training
Selected trainees will receive a stipend as follows:
- 1st Semester (4 months): Rs. 12,184 per month
- 2nd Semester (5 months): Rs. 15,230 per month
Terms & Conditions
- Affidavit:
- Selected trainees must submit an affidavit on a Rs. 100 stamp paper, signed by a surety, ensuring they complete the training.
- Employment:
- Job offers will be made as per WIL's requirement after training, but it is not guaranteed for all trainees.
- Bond Deed:
- Trainees must sign a 6-year bond to serve in WIL after training.
- If a trainee leaves before completing the bond period, they must refund the training cost, including a penalty of Rs. 50,000.
Accommodation
- Hostel accommodation will be provided upon demand, based on availability.
- First come, first serve basis.
